SANDRA RYKBOST - Life Coach

My name is Sandra Rykbost and I live here in Hudson with my husband Dave. We have two boys, Luke is 7 and Isaac is 5 yrs old. Prior to motherhood I owned and operated a spa salon in Natick. In my last couple of years at the salon I realized that I really wanted to focus my work with individuals through coaching. I got into Executive Coaching for a short time. In 2004 I sold the salon and devoted my time to motherhood and then in the fall of 2008 I felt a calling to get back into coaching but now the focus would be on the whole person.

I am a Life Coach and my business is called “The Real You”. I like to work with individuals who are looking to make their desires and dreams for their life their reality!

Maybe you just desire for areas of your life to be more fulfilling perhaps your career, family life, spiritual life, relationships. I would work with you to assist you in closing the “gap” of where you are now, to where you want to be.
